Policies & Service Standards

Versioned policies governing Drop 001 releases, tracked logistics, unworn exchanges, and leather care.

v1.0.0

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective: September 25, 2026

Drop 001 dispatch timeframes, tracked regional courier logistics, and fee structures across Nigeria.

Dispatch Timelines

In-stock Drop 001 orders are inspected by hand, conditioned, and handed to our regional courier within 24–48 business hours of confirmed payment.

Regional Delivery Estimates

Lagos Mainland & Island: 1–2 business days. South-West Regional (Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo): 2–3 business days. Abuja & FCT: 2–4 business days. Eastern, South-South & Northern States: 3–5 business days.

Delivery Fees

Standard delivery fees are flat-rate ₦3,000 within Lagos and ₦5,000 for nationwide regional delivery across Nigeria.

Signature & Receipt

All shipments require phone contact upon arrival. The courier will request confirmation from the recipient or authorized front-desk concierge before releasing the parcel.

v1.0.0

Returns & Exchange Policy

Effective: September 25, 2026

Guidelines for size exchanges and return eligibility for limited-run artisan footwear.

7-Day Return & Exchange Window

Unworn footwear in pristine, original condition may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. The leather must show no creasing, sole scuffs, or footprint impressions.

Limited Inventory Allocation

Because Drop 001 is produced in a limited initial run of 10 pairs, direct size exchanges are strictly subject to remaining available stock. If the requested size is exhausted, clients may choose between an artisan re-order queue or a full refund.

Custom & Engraved Pairs

Products ordered with optional engraved heart charms (personalized text) cannot be returned or exchanged due to custom hardware alterations, unless there is a verifiable craftsmanship defect.

Return Packaging Standard

Returns must include the original slim brown kraft box, protective tissue, care card, and shopping bag. Footwear returned without original protective boxing will be rejected by our intake team.

v1.0.0

Leather Care & Maintenance Guide

Effective: September 25, 2026

Practical, concrete care recommendations to ensure full-grain calfskin and soles endure for years of daily movement.

Routine Cleaning

Wipe with a soft, dry cotton cloth after wear to lift fine dust and street grit. For surface smudges, dampen a microfiber towel slightly with clean water and wipe gently. Do not rub aggressively against natural dye lines.

Moisture & Water Exposure

Avoid submersion in standing water or heavy rain. If your pams get wet, blot immediately with a clean towel and stuff the vamp with dry unprinted paper to hold shape. Allow them to air-dry away from direct sunlight, heating radiators, or hair dryers.

Wax Conditioning & Patina

Apply a thin coat of neutral wax balm or natural beeswax conditioner every 4–6 weeks. Allow the leather to absorb the nutrients for 15 minutes, then buff with a horsehair brush or dry lint-free cloth to restore natural luster.

Proper Storage

Store in a cool, ventilated space away from direct sunlight, which can fade vegetable-tanned pigment. Keep shoes resting flat on their outsoles; do not stack heavy objects directly over the vamp strap.
